Beach Bully Pale Ale – 2022 WINNER!

Stefan and Matt have done it again! Southern Barrel has taken home the Gold again in the 2022 South Carolina Beer Awards presented by the South Carolina Brewers guild. This year, they had 168 different beers submitted by 44 different South Carolina breweries. Beer experts from across the state and industry judged and awarded this year’s competition.

Our Brewmaster Stefan Zurakowski and Head Brewer Matt Tkaczuk have perfected our Beach Bully Pale Ale. This easy drinking hop-forward pale ale with Citrus, Melon, and Stonefruit flavor with aromatics from El Dorado and Citra hops. This marks back-to-back Gold Medal wins for the Beach Bully in the Hop Forward Pale category in South Carolina Brewers Guild Competition. Come in and help us celebrate with a pint!
